Refund & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Hair Bundle Return Policy

For sanitary reasons, raw hair bundles must remain:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In original packaging

Any hair products that have been worn, brushed, customized, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Packaging photos

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items approved by our support team.

Please allow 3–5 business days for review and resolution.
